FarOutMissions Amazon Excursion? |
Far Out Missions is a short-term mission trip experience where participants will serve as an extension of the adventuresome hand of God. In a far away place they will build a small church, provide medical assistance, and be involved in local evangelistic encounters with the jungle inhabitants of the Amazon. | ||||||||||||
| Who would enjoy this mission trip? |
FarOutMissions Amazon Excursion is for youth of high school and college age (no skills needed). The mission trip is also in need of skilled construction, medical and dental professionals. | ||||||||||||

Swaying hammocks; beautiful sunsets; exotic foods; new skills; character building | ||||||||||||
| Where is the project? | The destination is
the river-side community of Mucajá. This is a small town with a population of 500, located about 20 hours down the Amazon River from Manaus, the capital of the state of Amazonas, Brazil. |
